OffSec, a global cybersecurity training leader, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. This role supports company-wide financial planning, performance reporting, and commission operations in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally across time zones. The position is a full‑time, fully remote contractor role with ET working hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, with at least 2+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Looker, or Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments and time zones.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Perform actual vs. budget analysis for bookings, units, and operating expenses; partner with Accounting to explain variances.
• Own end-to-end administration of sales and marketing commissions, including CaptivateIQ implementations.
• Reconcile and consolidate data across systems to produce integrated management reports.
• Assist in developing and tracking KPIs across business units; maintain monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Maintain headcount forecasts within Adaptive Planning.
• Build and maintain financial models in Google Sheets for forecasting and scenario planning.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and data accuracy.
