Job summary

Fringe Sport is hiring a remote CREATOR & AFFILIATE PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER (FITNESS, DTC) based in the Philippines or Latin America. You will identify and engage the right creators, coaches, and athletes, building real relationships that drive trust and sales for our gear.

You will manage onboarding, briefs, codes, tracking, and payouts, shaping the program from scratch and collaborating with leadership to scale the channel while keeping communications clear and results-focused.

Qualifications

Experience building creator/affiliate partnerships in fitness or DTC.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns.
Familiarity with performance-based partnerships.

Responsibilities

Build the roster of creators, affiliates, coaches and athletes, focusing on fit and trust over follower count.
Coordinate outreach personally in your own words, not templates.
Onboard new partners: product info, codes, expectations, processes.
Decide which relationships to deepen, keep warm, or let go.
Match briefs from Creative Strategist to creators and ensure timely delivery.
Track performance and report which creators/formats work to the Strategist.
Line up creators for launches and ensure product info is accurate.
Turn seeding into ongoing relationships where sensible.
Run the program with proper codes, tracking and commissions.
Summarize creator feedback to marketing regularly.
