Job summary

SuperStaff is seeking a strategic Social Media Manager and Outreach Expert to lead our digital presence and outbound campaigns. You will own the cross-platform content calendar, drive growth strategies, and manage LinkedIn and email lead generation to fuel enterprise pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital marketing, strong B2B experience, and proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Business Suite, and email automation tools. Hybrid work from Ayala, Makati enabled.

Qualifications

5+ years of dedicated experience in digital marketing with strong social media and outbound lead generation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven B2B marketing experience, with international markets preferred.
Experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns targeting C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead social media campaigns across platforms and manage content calendar.
Develop outbound marketing and email/LinkedIn lead generation programs.
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to execute growth initiatives.
