Job summary

SuperStaff in the Philippines seeks a strategic Social Media Manager and Outreach Expert to lead digital presence, social campaigns, and outbound initiatives. You will own the cross-platform content calendar and drive growth, crafting repurposed content to support enterprise opportunities.

You will manage targeted email and LinkedIn outreach, analyze performance, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

5+ years of digital marketing experience with strong social media and outbound lead gen.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (4-year).
Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in BPO/outsourcing or US/North American markets.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns targeting C-levels internationally.
Proficient with LinkedIn Navigator, Meta Business Suite, and email automation tools.

Responsibilities

Lead social media campaigns, content calendar, and cross-platform growth.
Develop outbound strategies, email and LinkedIn campaigns, and lead databases.
Analyze performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for pipeline impact.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to execute initiatives.
Repurpose content (posts, white papers) for multiple channels and formats.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to drive enterprise opportunities.
Support new marketing projects and ongoing brand communications.
