Tarkine Consulting Group seeks a Junior Automation Developer to join its Manila engineering team supporting an Australian automation consultancy. This remote role offers practical exposure to BPMN workflows and APIs, while being supported by a mentor and senior engineers.

Ideal candidates should have solid programming fundamentals, be comfortable with modern languages, and understand REST APIs. The package includes an above-market base salary, performance bonuses, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in at least one modern programming language.
• Ability to write clean, readable code.
• Working understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic SQL skills, debugging experience in modern IDEs.

Responsibilities

• Help design and build BPMN-based workflows using Camunda.
• Integrate workflows with client systems using REST APIs.
• Translate business requirements into executable code.
• Debug, test, and document workflows to production standards.
• Learn structured delivery practices through project work.
