Job summary
Talice Security Service Pty Ltd (Australia) seeks an AI Automation & Software Developer to design and maintain AI-powered applications, automations, and integrations that enhance internal operations and client services. You will modernise Talice by leveraging AI, APIs, and cloud tech, working closely with leadership to deliver automated solutions.
The role covers building dashboards, reports, and secure software that replaces manual processes while ensuring clear documentation and scalable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, IT, CS, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
- 3+ years of commercial experience in software development, automation or systems integration.
- Strong experience with OpenAI ChatGPT, Claude Opus, and Microsoft 365 Azure Web Apps.
- Proficient in API integrations, webhooks, JSON/HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and data mapping.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered workflow automations.
- Build intelligent business processes using modern AI tools.
- Develop AI assistants and automation solutions using ChatGPT, Claude Opus, Copilot and other platforms.
- Create voice AI solutions and automate routine tasks across the business.
- Develop internal business apps with Power Apps/SharePoint/365 and APIs.
