You will shape positioning, elevate external materials, and build in-house marketing automation that scales with the business. The role demands industry experience, taste, and strong operational discipline.

Qualifikationen

• Nice to have: background in GameDev, art production, or the broader creative industry.
• Experience in outsourcing, co-development, or work-for-hire services.
• Experience with B2B marketplaces or talent platforms.
• Experience managing paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and SEO basics.
• Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp, GetResponse, or similar).

Aufgaben

• Define and own brand positioning as the business grows.
• Own the pitch deck library and client materials; turn projects into case studies.
• Lead social content and AI-driven marketing workflows; supervise podcast ecosystem.
• Oversee the Speakeasy podcast editorial quality and production cadence.
• Set delivery cadences, review performance, and report to the founder.
