Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. seeks a Take-Off Estimator (Fire Protection) to produce accurate material and labour take-offs for passive fire protection and firestopping projects.

You will interpret drawings and tender docs, identify discrepancies, maintain measurement records, and support estimating teams for timely tender submissions, ideally for UK construction projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in construction quantity take-offs, estimating support, or similar role.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specs, tender documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings, specs and tender documents.
• Prepare take-off schedules, material schedules, and quantity reports to support estimating.
• Complete accurate quantity take-offs for passive fire protection and firestopping projects.
• Assist Estimators with tender preparation, pricing information, labour allowances, and supporting documentation.
• Identify drawing discrepancies, omissions, scope gaps, and unclear requirements; raise technical queries.
• Update quantities and records based on drawings, addenda, and scope changes.
• Coordinate with Estimating and Pre-Construction teams to meet tender deadlines and improve accuracy.
