Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Controller to lead all accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while driving talent acquisition and development within the team.

You will provide strategic financial insights, oversee reconciliations, AR/AP, payroll, and cash flow, and maintain QBO reports to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• QBO experience is required.
• Accounting or business courses completed.

Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition & development: lead recruitment and onboarding of tax and AR specialists, create training materials, and develop team capabilities with weekly 1:1 sessions.
• Financial operations & controls: oversee reconciliation processes, service fee processing, AR aging, and payroll accuracy.
• Reporting & strategic analysis: supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports and maintain QBO reports for leadership reviews.
• Cash flow management: manage daily cash flow, forecast, safeguard assets, and update daily cash balance reports.
