Job summary

Create Foundation PH in the Philippines seeks a Finance and Compliance Officer to manage accounting, payroll, and regulatory compliance for a growing non-profit focused on digital inclusion. The role blends remote work with hybrid collaboration, requiring strong accuracy and timely reporting.

You will oversee financial operations, ensure statutory compliance (BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), manage donor reporting, and support budgeting in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated in accounting/finance with strong potential for a Finance & Compliance role.
• Experience in government and non-profit compliance is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work remotely with disciplined output.
• Solid understanding of local tax and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and internal reports.
• Process payroll and manage petty cash and disbursements.
• Maintain banking relations and lead bank reconciliations.
• Manage project-ledger integrity and support budget planning.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory filings.
• Support donor reporting and grant accounting.
