Job summary

Spreetail Inc. is seeking a detail‑obsessed Finance Assistant to own the weekly billing cycle for Platform Services customers, many of whom are based in China. You will pull data from multiple systems, build clean spreadsheets, verify contract terms, and send invoices on time.

Qualifications

• Experience creating invoices and other customer-facing financial documents.
• Ability to pull data from multiple systems and consolidate results.
• Attention to formula accuracy and internal consistency with contracts.
• Strong MS Excel skills including lookups and large data sets.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken, for customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed invoices for Platform Services customers with supporting docs.
• Consolidate billing and cost data from Outbound, Operations, and Warehouse weekly.
• Check invoices for accuracy against contracts before approval.
• Submit billing files for internal approval and issue invoices to customers.
• Liaise with stakeholders on invoice calculations and contract terms.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customer contacts to resolve issues.
