M3 Global Research in the Philippines is seeking a Fieldwork Coordinator to manage recruitment for quantitative and qualitative US projects. You will support Project Managers, handle sampling, and coordinate with vendors to ensure study deliverables meet client specs.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. US shift hours are required; remote work from the Philippines is supported.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year market research experience.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Mansioni

• Execute end-to-end project tasks including link setup, link testing, study invitations, and incentive reconciliation.
• Manage sampling setup and internal invites for allocated projects.
• Coordinate with project assistants to optimize recruitment and maximize results.
• Build a sampling plan and track performance for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with teams to maximize internal sample resources via calls and emails.
• Ensure projects meet timelines and client specifications.
