Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute end to end recruitment tasks for US Market studies, including setup, invitations, and incentive reconciliation.
• Manage sampling for allocated projects from setup to internal recruitment.
• Coordinate with PMs and assistants to optimize recruitment strategies and timelines.
• Build sampling plans and monitor performance at project level.
• Ensure projects meet client specifications and are delivered on time.
