Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a leading manufacturer of high-end residential and commercial windows, doors, and facades. You will interpret architectural drawings, compile bills of quantities, and prepare accurate quotations for custom installations.

The role requires 3–5+ years in estimation or CAD/BIM, proficiency with LogiKal and related software, and knowledge of Australian standards AS 1288/AS 2047. Remote, permanent homebased work with AU client alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Residential or Commercial architectural or drafting or working with CAD or BIM software.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating, BOM creation and construction ready detailing.
• Strong understanding of basic building requirements and construction practices, particularly for Australian standards AS 1288 and AS 2047.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, window schedules, and engineering specs.
• Apply product knowledge of window/door framing systems and glazing performance.
• Prepare end-to-end quotations and cost breakdowns for materials, labour, and installation.
• Finalize fabrication-ready documentation from construction-ready plans and onsite measurements.
• Coordinate with builders, architects, and project managers to clarify scopes.
• Ensure estimates comply with Australian Standards and building codes.
