Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of ArchiCAD experience, strong knowledge of Australian Building Standards, and familiarity with estimation tools. Remote work with Australia-based project teams offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Draftsman/Estimator on Australian residential projects.
• Mandatory ArchiCAD proficiency.
• Familiar with NCC, Australian Standards and local regulations.
• Experience with estimation software and BOQ preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural plans and drawings using ArchiCAD.
• Ensure drawings comply with NCC, Australian Standards and council rules.
• Collaborate with onshore Australian managers to translate sketches into blueprints.
• Include exact dimensions and material specs in final plans.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost proposals and BOQ.
