Job summary

STERRY is seeking a highly organized Freelance Fashion / Product Developer Designer to join our remote team. You will bridge our creative design group with overseas and domestic manufacturing partners, translating ideas into digital tech packs and coordinating fabric and trim sourcing.

You will manage remote fit sessions, communicate with factories via email and video calls, and steer the project calendar from sample to bulk delivery, ensuring quality and cost targets are met in a fully remote

Qualifications

Must have 3+ years in fashion product development, technical design, or production management.
Experience with apparel development, especially intimate wear, is required.
Advanced ability to create detailed tech packs and specifications.

Responsibilities

Translate sketches into detailed digital Tech Packs with specs and trims.
Research fabrics, hardware, and finishes meeting cost and sustainability targets.
Lead remote fit sessions and provide clear feedback to factories.
Act as main contact for manufacturing partners via email and video calls.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and MOQs remotely.
Own production calendar from sample to bulk delivery and flag delays.
Establish QA standards and breakdown costs to meet margins.
