Job summary

STERRY is seeking a Fashion / Product Developer Designer to bridge its creative team with overseas and domestic manufacturing partners. The role is fully remote, demanding precise digital tech packs, remote factory communication, and end-to-end production oversight for apparel and intimate wear.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in fashion product development, strong skills in Illustrator, CLO 3D, or Browzwear, and proven remote collaboration abilities. A portfolio is required to be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years in fashion product development, technical design, or production management.
• Expertise in creating Tech Packs with Illustrator, CLO 3D, or Browzwear.
• Strong remote communication and time-zone management.
• Portfolio showcasing apparel and intimate wear development required.
• Experience working with overseas factories and price negotiation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate sketches into detailed digital Tech Packs with specs.
• Coordinate with manufacturers remotely via email and video conferences.
• Own production calendar from sample stage to bulk delivery and manage milestones.
• Conduct remote fit sessions and provide clear digital feedback to factories.
• Ensure quality standards and cost breakdowns to meet margins.
