Job summary

Varaha is seeking a Telecaller to engage with farmers via phone, validate submitted field data, and ensure accuracy of photographs and videos against project requirements. The role supports data validation and timely communication of issues to field teams, with a focus on continuous improvement of reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have basic education beyond 12th grade, a preference for graduates, and strong communication skills to interact with rural stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Anything above 12th is acceptable, but a graduate degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of agriculture practices, especially AWD is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with farmers and rural stakeholders.
• Prior experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talk to farmers over call based on the provided SOP.
• Access and review project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field staff against defined project requirements.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of photographic evidence captured in the field.
• Identify and flag discrepancies, errors, or missing data in submitted records.
• Maintain a log of validation findings and ensure timely communication of issues to the respective field teams.
• Share daily updates on identified issues and required corrective actions via email.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure prompt resolution and resubmission of corrected evidence.
• Support continuous improvement of data validation and reporting processes.
