Job summary

Moxie Inc. is seeking a creative Events Graphic Designer to support social, SMS, print, and on-site assets for a growing network of aesthetics practices. You will own end-to-end production for events and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality materials on tight timelines.

You will build reusable design systems, organize the asset library, and push creative innovations using Canva and AI-powered tools, with opportunities to grow within a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design experience producing social graphics and print assets.
• Experience managing a high-volume creative request queue.
• Experience building reusable, template-based design systems.
• Comfort using AI-assisted creative tools in a core workflow.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Interest in touching dozens of event themes rather than repeating the same brand deck.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative production for events — social, SMS, print, and signage.
• Build and scale reusable creative systems that reduce repetitive design work.
• Organize and expand our reusable visual asset library for the team.
• Drive improvements in turnaround time and output as the network grows.
• Proactively bring new creative trends and ideas to the team.
