You will own end-to-end creative production, build reusable template systems, organize a visual asset library, and accelerate turnaround without adding headcount. You’ll also explore new trends and contribute to quarterly campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design experience producing social graphics, SMS images, and print assets.
• Ability to manage a high-volume design queue while preserving quality and brand alignment.
• Experience building reusable, template-based design systems at scale.
• Comfort using AI-assisted creative tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative production for events — social, SMS, print, and signage.
• Build and scale reusable creative systems to reduce repetitive work.
• Organize and expand the visual asset library for easy access by the team.
• Drive improvements in turnaround time and output as the network grows.
