Job summary

EDGE Tutor International is seeking a Kids Premium ESL Tutor to teach online from home during the 5pm–10pm PM shift in the Philippines. You’ll work with young learners, using ready-made lesson materials, with no planning required, and earn ₱180–₱200 per hour plus bonuses.

Expect consistent bookings, a guaranteed first-month pay of ₱15,000, and launch bonuses up to ₱7,000. A reliable home setup and TESOL/TEFL certification strengthen candidacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any 4-year course) and TOR.
• TESOL/TEFL certificate 120 hrs+ or willingness to obtain one.
• At least 6 months experience with kids.
• Strong spoken English.
• Philippine bank account for payroll.
• Reliable home setup with stable internet (25 Mbps) and kid-friendly space.

Responsibilities

• Teach kids online during PM shift using ready-made materials.
• No lesson planning needed; use provided props and materials.
• Maintain engaging online sessions and help learners build confidence in English.
• Launch in as early as 10 days.

Requirements

You'll also need a reliable home setup: i5 (10th gen+) or equivalent, 8GB RAM (16GB recommended), stable 25 Mbps main internet plus a backup connection, external HD webcam, and a bright, kid-friendly teaching space.
