Intouch Language Inc. is seeking an Online ESL Teacher to work remotely in the Philippines. The role supports full-time or part-time engagement with classes delivered online for Korean clients.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of online teaching experience and strong English communication, with a flexible schedule Monday to Friday. The position offers 100% work-from-home, with compensation stated as USD per hour and optional PHP salary.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• 1–2 years of online teaching experience (advantage but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 10/15/20/30 minute English classes via phone or video (B2B clients and general learners).
• Customize instruction based on student needs: Business English, Test-based preparation, or Conversational English.
• Provide feedback, track student progress, and maintain high teaching standards.
• Follow a structured but flexible curriculum tailored to each client’s learning goals.
