Job summary

Intouch Language Inc. is seeking online ESL instructors to teach Korean clients remotely. You will deliver 10/15/20/30 minute English classes via phone or video, adapting lessons to Business English, test preparation, or conversational English while providing progress feedback.

We offer 100% work-from-home with flexible shifts (Mon-Fri) and the option to receive salary in PHP if preferred. Candidates must have full working rights for the Philippines and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates have full working rights for Philippines.
• 1–2 years of online teaching experience (advantage but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• A passion for teaching, professionalism, commitment, and a positive work attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver 10/15/20/30 minute English classes via phone or video (B2B clients and general learners)
• Customize instruction based on student needs: Business English, Test-based preparation, or Conversational English
• Provide feedback, track student progress, and maintain high teaching standards
• Follow a structured but flexible curriculum tailored to each client’s learning goals
