Job summary

Intouch Language Inc. is seeking online ESL instructors for a fully remote role. Candidates must have Philippines work rights, with 1–2 years of online teaching experience preferred. Expect English communication excellence, professional conduct, and a passion for teaching in a flexible, home-based setup.

Positions are full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, with 100% work-from-home and hourly compensation of $7.00–$7.50 USD. Salary can be issued in PHP if preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates have full working rights for Philippines.
• 1–2 years of online teaching experience (advantage but not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A passion for teaching and a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 10/15/20/30 minute English classes via phone or video for B2B clients and learners.
• Customize instruction based on student needs: Business English, Test prep, or General English.
• Provide feedback, track student progress, and maintain high teaching standards.
• Follow a structured but flexible curriculum tailored to client goals.
