Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking an energetic Email Specialist who will design dynamic email templates, code responsive HTML/CSS, and deploy campaigns for our clients. The role starts with coding and testing emails and may evolve to include journey automation, QA, list management, and performance monitoring.

You will collaborate with designers and campaign managers to ensure high-quality email experiences, while adhering to CAN-SPAM and privacy standards in a remote setup from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience developing responsive emails.
• Fluent in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms for nurture campaigns.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM laws is a plus.
• Proficient in email QA and debugging processes.
• Experience with Photoshop and Figma for design slicing.
• Familiar with mobile-first coding approaches.
• Experience with testing tools like Litmus.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce day-to-day email campaigns, including development, testing, tagging, scheduling, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with 3rd party service/list providers to deploy campaigns.
• Develop HTML emails using HTML/CSS and media queries.
• Address change requests and provide efficient solutions.
• Follow QA processes and standards.
• Coordinate with campaign managers/design to obtain assets.
• Manage production tasks and milestones in project tools.
• Advise on best practices for email layouts and coding.
