Job summary

Integrated OS is hiring a Finance Reporting & Reconciliation Analyst to join our Alabang, Muntinlupa City team. The role supports the CFO and finance team with recurring management reporting, data integrity, and revenue recognition across multiple entities.

You will drive accurate financial insights, perform reconciliations, and contribute to monthly close processes. The successful candidate will bring strong Excel skills, experience with cloud accounting (Xero or similar), and the ability to

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Xero or similar cloud accounting platforms.
• Solid understanding of management accounting principles.
• Experience performing financial reconciliations across multiple systems.
• Strong Excel spreadsheet modelling skills.
• Understanding of revenue recognition concepts.
• Able to reconcile large datasets and investigate variances across source systems.
• Familiarity with accounts payable workflows and invoice processing.
• Experience across multiple legal entities.
• Ability to work remotely as part of an Australian finance team.
• Ability to operate with moderate autonomy once trained in Bestech processes.
• Comfortable working from documented procedures and recurring reporting timetables.
• Able to identify exceptions clearly and provide detailed support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting and consolidate across the business.
• Maintain data integrity and reconcile CRM to finance reports.
• Support revenue recognition and working-capital visibility.
• Assist with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce internal and investor reporting as capacity allows.
