Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an organized Electrical Estimator & Project Coordinator to join our joint-enterprise team. This hybrid role splits time between electrical estimating, project coordination, and shop drawings across two sister companies: an Electrical Contracting firm and a Solar & Battery Storage company.

You will handle material take-offs, bid submissions, permitting, rebates, and client relations, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of active experience in electrical estimating and project coordination.
• Proficient with Accubid or equivalent estimating software.
• Robust understanding of electrical materials, labor pricing, and bidder costings.
• Knowledge of fire alarm wiring and local code requirements.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and material take-offs.
• Analyze blueprints, schematics, and specs to capture project scope.
• Submit professional proposals and estimates to clients.
• Coordinate project scheduling, permitting, and rebates.
• Manage submittals, shop drawings, and close-out documentation.
• Maintain communication with contractors, suppliers, and owners.
