Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an organized Electrical Estimator & Project Coordinator to join a joint-enterprise team serving two sister companies: Electrical Contracting and Solar & Battery Storage.

The role splits time between estimating, project coordination, and shop drawings, with a home-based setup and a remote, international scope. Strong Excel/AutoCAD skills and Canadian codes knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of active experience in electrical estimating and project coordination.
• Proficiency with Accubid or equivalent estimating platforms is required.
• Robust understanding of Canadian Electrical Safety Codes; Canadian market preferred.
• Deep knowledge of electrical materials, installation methods, labor pricing, and fire alarm wiring.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD and PDF tools experience; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimating & Pre-Construction: prepare cost estimates and take-offs; analyze blueprints; submit proposals.
• Project Coordination & Management: track progress; manage permitting, timing, costs, rebates; communicate with stakeholders.
• Project Close-Out & Shop Drawings: submit shop drawings; compile close-out packages; reconcile job costing.
