Job summary

MultiplyMii is hiring an Ecommerce Specialist to drive revenue and ensure catalog integrity on Amazon and Walmart for a leading women’s wellness brand. This 100% remote role is based in the Philippines, with scheduling aligned to EST hours (Mon-Fri, 8AM-4PM EST / 7AM-3PM EST).

You will lead promotions, monitor listings, analyze sales trends, and manage end-to-end inventory reconciliations and Seller Support cases while ensuring policy compliance across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct experience managing Amazon (Seller Central or Vendor Central)
• Direct experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon and/or Walmart portal navigation, flat-file listing creation/troubleshooting, FBA/WFS inventory management, and dispute processes.
• Excel skills with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and ability to interpret sales data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong persistence and communication skills to navigate Seller Support ticket escalation systems

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Promotional Management: Configure, schedule, and track promotions across Amazon and Walmart. Analyze performance and recommend strategies to maximize margin and revenue.
• Reimbursements & Claims Operations: End-to-end inventory reconciliation for Amazon (FBA) and Walmart (WFS); track discrepancies and drive financial recovery.
• Data & Analytics Reporting: Compile weekly performance metrics and analyze sales trends for channel optimization.
• Marketplace Brand & Competitive Monitoring: Audit product ratings, reviews, and listings for unauthorized sellers and MAP violations across both channels.
• Account Health, Catalog Operations & Case Management: Support account health metrics and policy compliance; manage item setup, listings, and Seller Support tickets to resolve issues.
