Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a remote DSP Director who will own the Amazon DSP function, including strategy, P&L, team building, and systems. You will set the vision, drive profitability, and ensure scalable, high-quality execution across the DSP organization.

Executive leadership provides direction, but you will own outcomes, lead with financial acumen, and build a robust DSP operation that delivers measurable client success and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading large-scale DSP teams, portfolios, or business units.
• Deep expertise in Amazon DSP strategy, execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
• Fluency in Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and translating AMC insights into advertising strategies.
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar advertising portfolios and driving profitable growth.
• Experience owning departmental P&L, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin management.
• Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities with a track record of scaling services and revenue.
• Ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams and leadership layers.
• Experience creating SOPs, operational frameworks, automation systems, and scalable processes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience with Sales, Operations, Creative, Finance, and Executive teams.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate performance data into executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the DSP division's performance, profitability, scalability, and growth.
• Set long-term DSP vision, service roadmap, pricing strategy, and growth plan.
• Drive portfolio-wide revenue growth, performance improvements, and client retention.
• Identify underperforming accounts or operations and implement fixes.
• Own the DSP P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
