Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
3+ years in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or related role with DSP focus.
Strong knowledge of DSPs, programmatic buying, and media buying strategies.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

Create SOPs and lead a team to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee DSP day-to-day operations for optimal performance.
Manage setup, execution and optimization of ad campaigns across channels.
Develop data-driven strategies to maximize ROI.
Monitor KPIs and adjust campaigns in real time.
Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights.
