Job summary

Savant Degrees Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Software Project Manager to lead software initiatives remotely. You will drive the project lifecycle, coordinate with engineering, manage documentation, and ensure delivery aligned with client goals.

The role requires strong English communication, 5+ years of leadership, experience with enterprise apps, and familiarity with ticketing systems and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Computer Science, Information Systems degree or related background.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 5 years of independently leading software projects.
• Proficient in BRD, FSD, UAT documentation.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or business-critical applications.
• Experience with ticketing and incident management systems.
• Strong incident management, triage, and SLA understanding.
• Basic to intermediate SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Good client relationship management.
• Agile processes experience or PMP certification is a plus.
• Responsible and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Present regular updates and insights to senior management.
• Develop comprehensive software documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT, etc.).
• Support projects through the SDLC from initiation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering to manage tasks via a ticketing system.
• Ensure system availability, respond to incidents, meet SLAs.
• Monitor and manage support tickets, incidents, service requests.
• Investigate, triage, coordinate resolution of application issues.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge base.
• Assist with deployments, maintenance, and release support.
• Track project performance, budgets, resources, risk mitigation.
