Affinity Express Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead the Organic Social team and drive high-quality content for global clients. You will oversee content planning, production, review, and publishing, ensuring brand consistency and client satisfaction.

You will coach a team, present insights to clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and performance. Night shifts and PH holidays are required in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading or mentoring a team of social media, content, copywriting, or digital marketing professionals.
• Strong understanding of Organic Social Media, including content planning, audience engagement, platform best practices, and brand storytelling.
• Experience creating or reviewing content calendars, creative briefs, and social media campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and building relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and common social media management tools.
• Willing to work night shifts and Philippine holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Social Media Associates to consistently deliver high-quality content.
• Oversee content planning, production, review, and publishing across multiple client accounts.
• Review creative decks, captions, content calendars, and campaign strategies to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Maintain high standards for quality, turnaround time, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and cross-functional teams to improve workflows and team performance.
• Present creative concepts, campaign recommendations, and performance insights to clients.
• Lead client onboarding sessions, status meetings, and strategy discussions.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend opportunities to improve engagement and results.
• Support continuous process improvements and share best practices within the team.
