DCX is seeking a Home-Based Digital Marketing Project Manager to oversee digital marketing projects and campaigns for U.S.-based clients from a flexible home office. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, track budgets, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, with strong English communication skills and a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business preferred.
• Experience in project management, digital marketing, marketing operations, or agency operations.
• Experience working in marketing/advertising environments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, or clients simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate digital marketing projects and campaigns from kickoff through final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, task assignments, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with creative, content, SEO, paid media, web development, social media, and other marketing teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Serve as a primary point of coordination between clients and internal project teams.
• Facilitate internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and distribute meeting recaps and action items.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and deadlines.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints and develop solutions or escalate as needed.
• Ensure deliverables align with scope of work, objectives, timelines, and client expectations.
