Job summary

Wing is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and continuously optimize campaigns across multiple accounts to drive growth and ROI.

You will analyze performance with GA4, manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Shopify, prepare client‑facing reports, present insights, and identify opportunities to upsell or expand services while ensuring timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multiple accounts in an agency setting.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to analyze campaigns, KPIs, and digital strategy.
• Hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Shopify.
• Able to work independently with multiple priorities and growth opportunities.
• Excellent English communication (near-native).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing contact across multiple accounts.
• Analyze campaign performance and KPIs to drive growth.
• Manage campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Interpret GA4 data and coordinate Shopify marketing efforts.
• Prepare and present performance updates to clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.
• Ensure deliverables and follow-ups are on time.
