Dotty Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Creative Digital Designer with a strong portfolio in UI/UX, branding, and social media content creation.

You will translate concepts into compelling designs for websites, apps, and digital campaigns, collaborating with a remote team across international clients. The role emphasizes attention to aesthetics, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and experience delivering social media graphics and branding assets for multiple brands.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in web UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and visual aesthetics.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant applications.
• Proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Experience in mobile app and website UI design.
• Skills in logo design, branding, and developing visual identity assets.
• Experience creating engaging social media graphics, digital assets, and branded content.
• Understanding of social media design formats and platform requirements for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Driven, motivated, proactive, and receptive to feedback.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Comfortable working with remote teams and international clients.

Aufgaben

• Assist in executing creative concepts and design directions provided by the Creative Director.
• Develop creative ideas and translate them into high-quality digital design executions.
• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces and experiences for websites and mobile applications.
• Create logos, branding assets, and visual identity materials that align with each brand’s objectives.
• Develop social media graphics, campaign visuals, promotional materials, and other digital content across various platforms.
• Adapt creative assets to different formats, channels, and campaign requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and other team members to deliver effective creative solutions.
• Explore innovative design approaches while working within project timelines, budgets, and technical constraints.
• Maintain a high standard of design quality across all deliverables.
• Apply industry-standard design tools and techniques to produce polished, production-ready assets.
• Provide support to the wider design and creative departments as needed.
