Job summary

Intrinsic Digital, Inc., a fully remote digital marketing company with teams in the US and the Philippines, seeks a Digital Design Coordinator in the Philippines. You will craft visual concepts for banner and video ads, ensuring brand alignment and timely delivery across multiple client projects.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 2+ years in digital marketing or graphic design, and proficiency with Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other design tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing and/or graphic design-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills; animated banners or video projects a plus.
• Proficiency in Canva, Creatopy, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects or similar editing tools.
• Proficiency in creating and editing videos using Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience in copywriting and proofreading for headlines and scripts.
• Ability to mentor peers and collaborate within a team.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication when working with internal teams.
• Experience with DSPs such as Simpli.fi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, visual designs, and layouts for ad projects per client requests.
• Create eye-catching banner and video ads using design software.
• Ensure materials align with brand guidelines and maintain identity.
• Edit and retouch images with color correction and optimization.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs accordingly.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand objectives.
• Use Canva and TheBrief to build ad creative efficiently.
• Manage daily tasks and deadlines through Asana.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
• Fulfill up to 120 creative assignments per month.
• Other duties as assigned.
