Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Content Creator for a WFH night shift. You will plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

You will design digital and print marketing materials, maintain website content, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with teams on campaigns. This role emphasizes growth, inclusivity, and work-life balance within a flexible remote

Qualifications

• Experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
• Strong content writing, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to create photo, video, and graphic content that supports brand consistency and marketing goals.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Produce photos, videos, graphics, and promotional assets aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Design digital and print marketing materials such as social media creatives, event collateral, advertisements, flyers, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and update website content to keep information current and visually appealing.
• Monitor social media performance by tracking engagement, audience growth, and campaign metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, seasonal initiatives, and special events.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve content performance and audience reach.
