The Hershey Company is seeking a skilled communications professional to organize and execute cross-team initiatives that influence business performance and employee experiences. You will independently manage projects, crafting internal and external communications and preparing executives for media interactions.

You will lead content creation for diverse channels, coordinate activities with stakeholders, and ensure messaging aligns with Hershey’s reputation.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in digital content, content marketing, digital communications, or related functions.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Digital content management experience, preferably utilizing SharePoint, ServiceNow, HR portals, or other CMS.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong English communication, writing, and content creation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and distribute internal and external communications including media releases and newsletters.
• Organize and represent the organization at promotional events.
• Prepare executives for media and analyst interviews ensuring consistent messaging.
• Create content for various channels including social media and newsletters.
• Coordinate communication activities with stakeholders and manage timelines.
