Job summary

Talan Spain seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and evolve a pricing generation and distribution platform for FI products. You will enhance reliability, streamline deployments, and drive automation across cloud-native and legacy workloads.

Work with software engineers, architects and infrastructure teams to modernize the platform, improve observability, and enable faster, safer software delivery in a remote Spain-based setting.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with containers (Docker/Podman) and container orchestration concepts.
• Advanced Bash scripting and automation capabilities.
• Experience with AWS and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Solid networking fundamentals and performance troubleshooting.
• Proven CI/CD experience with automation tools (Jenkins/TeamCity/Ansible).
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability platforms (Grafana/Prometheus/Loki/Tempo).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Linux-based environments and container workloads.
• Improve deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines for faster delivery.
• Develop automation scripts and infrastructure as code practices.
• Maintain and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on platform modernization and cloud adoption.
