Job summary

Bold Business USA is seeking a detail-oriented Workspace Planner to translate client needs into precise layouts and installation drawings using CET Designer and AutoCAD. You will coordinate multi-account projects, manage design timelines, and ensure adherence to budgets while communicating with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in contract furniture or commercial interior design, strong ADA/LEED/WELL knowledge, and proficiency with CET Designer and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a commercial contract furniture dealership or commercial interior design firm.
• Advanced proficiency in CET Designer and AutoCAD.
• Experience managing project workflows and coordinating information across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ADA, LEED, and WELL Building Standards.
• Strong English communication; client- and vendor-facing.
• Post-secondary credentials in Interior Design, Architectural Design Technology, or Drafting.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality space plans, typicals, and installation drawings using CET Designer and AutoCAD.
• Own the design timeline for multiple accounts and track milestones.
• Generate precise bills of materials and value-engineer furniture selections within budget.
• Bridge communications between account managers, clients, vendors, and field teams.
• Maintain project records, revisions, quotes, and site measurements.
• Ensure layouts comply with local codes, ADA, ergonomics and integration standards.
• Continuously improve workflows and adopt new manufacturing extensions.
