Bold Business, a US-based global BPO firm, seeks a design-focused professional to develop workspace solutions using CET Designer and AutoCAD. You will present drawings, select finishes, and ensure design continuity for client projects on a fast-paced, collaborative team.

You will review plans, verify field data, and coordinate with A&D firms, contractors, and IT to deliver accurate documentation and timely updates. A proactive learner with CAD expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills for client-facing work.
• Advanced CET Designer and AutoCAD proficiency with supporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial furniture or workspace design with CET.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fast learner with proactive attitude to new software and workflows.
• Familiarity with ADA codes, ergonomics, LEED and WELL standards.
• In-depth knowledge of product lines and technical specs in commercial furniture.
• Collaborative, remote-friendly team player willing to grow.
• Reliable home office setup with >=50 Mbps internet.

Responsabilités

• Develop and present visually compelling workspace solutions using CET Designer and AutoCAD.
• Create accurate drawings, renderings, and presentations to support sales and marketing.
• Select finishes, furniture options, and materials ensuring design continuity.
• Review plans, conduct code analyses, and incorporate site conditions into designs.
• Conduct field verifications, furniture inventories, and measurements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams and provide timely updates.
• Self-review and quality check all deliverables before distribution.
• Prepare final documentation for order entry and installation; assist with as-built drawings.
• Provide coordination drawings/details to external partners (A&D, contractors, IT, electrical).
• Participate in training, events, and initiatives to stay current on design trends.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines, codes, and ergonomic/tech integration.
