Kinterra Design Build is seeking a Design & Drafting Virtual Assistant to support our design team with technical drafting, 3D modeling, renderings, and presentation materials. The role emphasizes accurate drawings from sketches and feedback, focusing on residential remodeling and new builds.

You will produce complete drawing sets, build 3D models, and create client-ready visuals using Chief Architect and Canva, while coordinating with the remote design and construction team to keep deliverables

Qualifications

• 3+ years in architectural drafting or residential design production.
• Strong experience with Chief Architect and residential drawing sets.
• Excellent English communication and remote work ability.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate drawings, 3D models, and renderings from concept to presentation.
• Create complete drawing sets with floor plans, elevations and details.
• Prepare visuals for client presentations and project documents.
• Maintain organized project files and templates.
