KMC Solutions is hiring a DATA ENTRY - ORDER FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE in Metro Manila. This entry-level role focuses on entering and updating order information, assisting with fulfillment, and ensuring orders follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, or admin support in retail/eCommerce/logistics.
• Strong written English communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to learn new systems quickly and work with internal SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Data Entry: enter, review, and update customer orders in Shopify and internal systems; verify order details and pricing.
• Fulfillment Support: assist with preparing orders, update shipment statuses, and monitor orders for issues.
• Communication & Coordination: respond to internal inquiries, coordinate with team, escalate discrepancies.
• Administrative Support: maintain organized order records using Google Workspace and assist with other admin tasks.
