Qualifications

• Experience in data entry and QA within regulated or audit-sensitive domains preferred.
• Ability to document high accuracy and low error rates.
• Attention to data inconsistencies and formatting irregularities across file types.
• Proficient written English for drafting evaluation tasks and rubrics.
• Experience with remote, independent work and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Design expert-level evaluation tasks simulating real-world data entry challenges.
• Create large, complex datasets with various file types and intentional errors.
• Define final state and reconciliation requirements for AI tasks.
• Draft detailed grading rubrics (35+ criteria) for AI outputs.
