You will identify automation opportunities and develop data-driven processes to support multiple business units. Day-to-day, you will design, implement, and optimize data pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a commercial data role.
• Strong SQL with complex scripts.
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server preferred).

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into detailed Scopes of Work with time estimates.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to automate data uploads, builds, and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding processes.
• Coach junior team members and share knowledge.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure quality of deliverables.
