Job summary

Hyre is hiring an Automation & Data Analytics Specialist for a U.S. moving and storage client. The role focuses on automating driver scorecards, building department dashboards, and standardizing reporting with SOPs for daily execution.

You will implement, refine, and scale dashboards, automate payroll-related data, and ensure data quality across multiple systems. Strong Google Sheets and Apps Script skills are essential, along with English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, reporting, or operations automation in moving/logistics.
• Expert Google Sheets: QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, pivots, validation.
• Advanced Google Apps Script for automated tabs and triggers.
• Experience building weighted scorecards, dashboards, or trackers.
• Payroll/incentive data prep and reconciliation experience.
• Data reconciliation across CRM, telephony, telematics, and PM tools.
• Strong written English and concise reporting.
• Reliable home office with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Automate recurring tasks: pay period setup, multi-system pulls, incentive calc, daily feeds.
• Build live executive dashboards enabling self-serve reporting.
• Document SOPs, include validation checks and manual fallbacks.
• Support fleet data in Samsara and Motive; maintain preventive maintenance data.
• Design scalable department scorecards and phase out spreadsheets.
• Prepare payroll-ready incentive totals and reconcile against wage data.
• Maintain data quality checks and flag gaps with owners named.
• Deliver daily EOD/EOW reports and run weekly reviews.
