Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field required.
- Experience in customer success, technical support, or system implementation an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP, Anaplan, Odoo or financial systems is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as the primary contact for clients after system implementation and deployment; build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing technical and functional support for delivered systems including Anaplan, Odoo ERP, and customised finance solutions; troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Conduct system walkthroughs, user training, and create/maintain user guides and troubleshooting references.
