Malaya Tech Consulting, Inc. seeks a Client Success and Technical Support Specialist to drive customer satisfaction post go-live. You will manage client relationships, support deployed systems such as Anaplan and Odoo ERP, and guide customers through training and best practices.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
Experience in customer success, tech support, or system implementation is an advantage.
Familiarity with ERP, Anaplan, or Odoo is a plus.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after system implementation and deployment.
Provide ongoing post-implementation technical and functional support for delivered systems.
Coordinate with development and implementation teams to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
Conduct system walkthroughs, user training, and prepare training materials.
Coordinate system updates, configurations, and approved enhancements.
Log, prioritize, and track support tickets; escalate as needed.
Maintain client documentation and regular reports on status and feedback.
Identify opportunities for upselling or expanded services with clients.
