Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a licensed Philippine nurse with at least 2 years of recent critical care bedside experience in a tertiary hospital. This permanent, work-from-home role requires strong clinical assessment, English communication, and the ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection.

You will review and analyze clinical documentation for critically ill patients, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure records meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• 2+ years of recent critical care bedside experience in a tertiary hospital.
• Experience in ICU, ER, CCU, or medical-surgical units.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficient in computer applications and internet navigation.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment with high productivity.
• Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and analyze clinical documentation related to critically ill patients.
• Utilize clinical knowledge and evidence-based practices to support healthcare operations and patient care initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of patient records and healthcare documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, physicians, and internal stakeholders to address clinical concerns and documentation gaps.
• Conduct clinical reviews and provide recommendations based on established guidelines and protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient health information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service-level expectations established by the organization.
• Stay updated with current critical care practices, healthcare policies, and industry standards.
• Participate in training sessions, calibration activities, and team meetings as required.
